The GoPal E24W
The GoPal E24W is an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) designed for very high loads on industrial Euro pallets, Euro pallets, half pallets, or similar pallets/cages. With this robot, you can fully automate your intralogistics and benefit from new standards in ease of implementation, flexibility, and safety.
The GoPal solution allows you to move pallets automatically and safely without making major changes to your existing infrastructure or disrupting your daily operations. Within weeks, you can start saving money with this robot, while enjoying minimal to no impact on your current operations.
The GoPal E24W is specifically designed to handle a wider variety of pallet sizes with medium to heavy loads. With its advanced technology and reliable performance, this AMR offers an efficient solution for your intralogistics challenges. You can download the GoPal E24W product information to learn more about its specifications and capabilities.
The difference between the GoPal E24 and GoPal E24W
The difference between the GoPal E24 and the GoPal E24W lies in the capacity and type of pallets they can handle. While the GoPal E24 is designed for standard Euro pallets and similar sizes, the GoPal E24W is designed for a wider variety of pallet sizes, including industrial Euro pallets, half pallets, and other similar pallets/cages. This makes the GoPal E24W ideal for companies that use a wider range of pallets and require an AMR that can handle heavier loads.

Most important features
Safe and fully automatic pallet transport 24/7/365
A typical turnkey solution consists of multiple GoPal AMRs, accessories (e.g., pallet stations), software (GoControl), as well as installation and support. All GoPals are integrated and fully approved for most pallet transport applications.
The GoPal AMRs are easy to install and safe to use. The robots are designed to minimize human error and prevent injury to people and damage to materials.
Unlike other AMRs, GoPal can make dynamic decisions on the fly. For example, if GoPal detects an obstacle in its path (e.g., a forklift or a person), it will simply drive around it. If the path is completely blocked, it will find the shortest alternative route to its destination.
Supports various load capacities
We offer you various Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) with which you can automate your internal pallet transport.

Unlike other AMRs, GoPal can make dynamic decisions on the fly. For example, if GoPal detects an obstacle in its path (e.g., a person's forklift), it will simply drive around it. If the path is completely blocked, it will find the shortest alternative route to its destination.
Efficient data collection, analysis & reporting
The GoPal AMRs provide valuable data for reporting and statistics, including:
- operational data (e.g. number of orders processed, distance traveled and idle/active time)
- service data (e.g. number of lifts performed, total distance covered and battery monitoring)
- reports at both individual robot and system level (e.g. average and maximum pickup latency, time spent charging/parking, errors)
All data is recorded in the GoControl Fleet Management System for use in ongoing optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance. This comprehensive data collection provides valuable insight into the current state of your company's internal transport and future requirements.
Easy pick-up and delivery
The GoPal Autonomous Mobile Robots use various types of pallet stations as pick-up, delivery, and transfer points. Pallet stations are available as passive stations, lift stations, and transport stations.
A typical option is to install a call button unit near a pallet station, which then functions as a departure point, for example, where finished goods are packaged.
When the call button is activated, the robot will arrive to pick up the pallet and then deliver it to a pre-programmed destination (e.g., warehouse/storage or production line). The call button is available in a single-button version and a five-button version.
You can also place an order manually via a web browser on a smartphone/tablet.
Automatic battery charging (opportunistic charging)
All GoPal Autonomous Mobile Robots use lithium iron phosphate (LFP or LiFePO4) batteries. This allows for both fast and partial/opportunistic charging – without the need for costly employee intervention or the installation of ventilated charging stations.
The robots automatically drive to a charging station when it best suits their work schedule. This way, there's always a robot ready and available to get the job done – even in facilities that operate 24/7/365.
Rechargeable batteries offer superior power density, support fast charging, and have a long lifespan. Partial charging doesn't degrade this type of battery, and even a full charge (which provides 8-12 hours of operation) takes only about 45 minutes.
Agile Performance and Autonomous Navigation
The GoPal Autonomous Mobile Robots require only the same space as an employee with a pallet jack. Furthermore, the robot can rotate on its own axis, making the GoPal robot much more compact and maneuverable than competing AMRs. These features are crucial when work areas and conveyor belts in your facility are optimized for pallet jacks.
All GoPal AMRs are equipped with smart navigation, allowing the robots to make dynamic decisions while on the move. If the robot encounters an obstacle in its path (e.g., a person, a forklift, or a pallet jack), it will simply avoid it. If the path is completely blocked, the robot automatically calculates and selects the shortest alternative route to its destination.
Using advanced light detection and ranging (LIDAR) technology, GoPal AMRs can map and autonomously navigate dynamic work environments with people and static/dynamic objects.
The mapping of the facility will be carried out in phases as follows:
- LEARNING PHASE: The first phase is simply to take the AMR for a “walk” (controlled by a smartphone/tablet) throughout the building to capture the environment using its sensors.
- ADJUST PHASE: The second phase is to customize the map using GoControl by specifying restricted areas, temporary elements (e.g. dynamic objects and individuals).
- LOADING PHASE: The final phase is loading the approved map onto all AMRs to be deployed in the building. This allows all AMRs to navigate autonomously in a fully operational environment, complete with moving personnel and goods.
Plug-and-play flexibility
One of the greatest features of GoPal AMRs is their plug-and-play flexibility, which significantly simplifies the deployment phase. In other words, when deploying GoPal AMRs, you no longer have to worry about compatibility issues or frustrating device configuration processes.
Designed to meet industry standards, GoPal AMRs allow you to automate your internal pallet transport without changing your workflows or with only minor changes to your infrastructure. In other words, your entire GoPal solution can be operational within a few days.
Integration with ERP/WMS
All GoPal Autonomous Mobile Robots can be fully integrated into your existing ERP/WMS platforms. Your ERP/WMS sends delivery requests to GoControl, which then places a delivery order in the queue. These orders can be prioritized from low (waste removal) to high (material supply).
The GoPal AMRs operate on your internal network and do not require internet access. As such, the system receives the same protection against data breaches as any other device on the internal network.
Simple and intuitive interface
The GoPal Autonomous Mobile Robots are easy to deploy and operate. The user interfaces are simple and intuitive, including physical buttons, virtual buttons, barcode scanning, and, of course, the GoControl Fleet Management System (FMS), which is accessible via a web browser on a desktop, laptop, smartphone, or tablet.
In other words, to deploy and use the complete GoPal solution, simply connect the robots and accessories to your network and log into the GoControl FMS.
